Senior management is terrible -- would not recommend
Decent comp, and liquidity due to being a public company. Some cool people are still left.
Senior management is some of the worst I've ever seen. The executive suite is a revolving door, with a CEO who thinks he's the second coming of Elon Musk. There is a top-down directive to be extremely bullish on AI, among a variety of other trend-chasing moves. If you have a good manager, you might have good WLB; otherwise, you're probably screwed. There is a lack of code quality and a lot of incidents, so good luck if you're on call. I would recommend working elsewhere.
