I applied on their website. There was not much of a job description besides it being mechanical engineering. There was no mention of what department or what the specific duties would be.
I was contacted by the manager of a specific department to set up a phone interview. During the phone interview, they asked me about my weaknesses and strengths, past internships and projects, my experience with test engineering and materials science.
