Good WLB, good benefits, and good learning.
Frequent firing, and not great projects
I applied online and then got contacted by a recruiter two weeks later to schedule a phone call in the following week. I got the onsite interview the week after. Overall, the process was quick and efficient.
The process was good and the interview was very lengthy. Questions were asked in depth. The main focus was on the manufacturing process, and what is on the resume was most important. It was the toughest interview I have ever attended.
Made me feel very comfortable, and all technical questions were application-based. Most of the questions were based on my resume. The interviewers were friendly and guided me when I answered wrong.
