Process

It was through campus placement, a very long, wearing, and exhausting interviewing process.

At first, there was an aptitude test in the campus itself, followed by a face-to-face interview round at the company's office a week later.

The face-to-face interview consisted of two rounds.

  • The first one was technical (about your projects and basics of your subject of choice), which lasted for 60-90 minutes.
  • If you cleared that, the second round was technical/HR (just to check your attitude and dedication towards work), which also lasted for 90-120 minutes.

Generally, they send a mail by 2-3 weeks, but sometimes keep your profile in waiting for 3-4 months (in my case).

Then there was a telephone interview with the manager for about 60-75 minutes (about the projects you have done and basic questions from your preferred subject).

At last, after 4-5 months, I got the offer letter.

During all the interview process, the interviewers were polite and friendly, and that is the base of the company itself.

It all depends on you.
