For initial screening, HR called and scheduled a first round of interview with the manager.

For the second round, the manager called in a Teams meeting and had a discussion for 30 minutes.

The third round was an interview with the manager and another person from the team for 1 hour.

The fourth round was a fitment interview with the manager's manager and lasted for 1 hour. This happened right before Christmas, and they said they would get back to me.

Overall, the interviews went fine, but no one has gotten back to me about whether I made it to the next round or not. I reached out to HR and the manager a few times, but there was no response.

It was unprofessional for the Lam Research team to not provide a response after I spent a good amount of time in the interviews.
