Process

I applied through their website, and an HR coordinator called me to talk over the position details. They invited me to a Zoom interview with several of the managers and other engineers on the team. I had six mini-interviews, each being 30 minutes long. The team asked questions that helped them get to know who I was, both as an engineer and as an individual. The interview felt more like a dynamic conversation than a typical interview, which I found to be refreshing. It was a great experience for me.
