Process
I was contacted by a recruiter from Lam Research regarding an open position, and we scheduled a phone interview the following week.
Two days after the interview with the recruiter, I had a technical interview over the phone with a member of the team.
The interview with the recruiter was more of a discussion about the position, some of my experience, and where I'd like to see my career go.
The technical interview was about an hour, very question-intensive from the team member regarding my background and previous experience. There was only enough time at the end for me to ask one question.
