Pros: Work life balance; Good benefits

Cons: - Obsolete technology - Micro management - Improper communication

Pros: Good leadership at all levels.

Cons: Work life balance could be better.

Pros: Don’t fall for a higher pay.

Cons: Middle management is terrible. Lot of micromanagement. Managers don’t have vision; they just agree what the counterpart says. Far from the IT industry. Leads and managers assign work while they are leaving for the day and expect it to be completed by the next morning, so you have to sit late and work. Once you join here, there won’t be a personal life; you just need to work, and if you say something, then you hear long lectures. It’s not an IT company; it actually runs with a manufacturing mindset.
