The interview process consisted of an aptitude test followed by face-to-face rounds. It was well managed by Careernet Consultancy. The aptitude test is very important as they filter out 50%+ people in this round itself.

The technical round was very good, where they asked about basics of testing and basic Java programs. The next round was the managerial round, which is mostly behavioral. They ask about your experiences, hobbies, and last projects, etc. It was a good experience overall, not too technical.

I felt bad that even after giving so many rounds of interviews, I didn't get selected. But still, it was a good experience overall. Lunch was also provided to all the candidates waiting, which was a good gesture.
