Process

The first round was a telephonic round where they wanted to know about my prior experience and the type of work I have done.

Then, it was a 5-hour face-to-face on-site interview with 6 different members. There were 4 rounds.

  • The first round was to find errors in code, test and interface, and tell about your previous experience.
  • The second round was technical, asking about Jenkins, how to configure it, how to schedule jobs in Jenkins, and questions on Java and Linux. They gave code and asked how to test it. This round was almost 1.5 hours.
  • The third round was basically a physics and math round. This is weird. Nowhere in their JD was it mentioned that they need people with very good physics knowledge and should be able to solve problems using physics and mathematics.
  • The fourth round is basically a formality.
