The work schedule is good, and there is good healthcare. It is easy to learn and pick up within 6-12 months.
Management was pretty bad, and the training system needs work.

Multiple interviewers in a room. Mentioned all the potential hazards of working inside of a lab and of the level of troubleshooting needed. Asked for good communication skills and test knowledge of basic engineering.

Easy to Medium coding questions in the first round. Behavioral questions in the second round, puzzles, riddles. Software technicals: Object-Oriented Programming, Operating Systems. HR round: behavior, organization fit, situational questions.
