Slow progression; feels more like a system integrator vs a true engineering powerhouse at times; cheap on-site amenities; mismatch between hybrid policy and expectations.
I applied on their website. There was not much of a job description besides it being mechanical engineering. There was no mention of what department or what the specific duties would be. I was contacted by the manager of a specific department to set
Two online interviews with one onsite. For the onsite interview, I had a presentation for 1 hour, followed by 5 panel interviews. The panel interviews were a mix of behavioral and technical questions.
6-person panel interview, each half an hour long. Some interviews were solely technical, and others were solely behavioral. The interviewers were very focused. For one of the interviews, I had to work through a design problem.
