I applied through other source.
First there were 2 interviews to get to know you and talk about your interests and backgrounds to see if you’re a good fit. I was also told what they were looking for so there were no questions what I’d be doing in the company.
The third interview was after taking a 2 hour technical coding challenge where I had to fit a model to the coco dataset and optimize it. The interview would’ve been about my solution to the challenge but I didn’t continue with the interview process due to accepting another offer.

Toxic upper management - two tech bros failing up + micromanagement

Pros: A lot of great ICs to work with, who genuinely want to make things better. The new pay scale is competitive.
Cons: Two inexperienced tech-bros swept up by market demand for GPUs into a failing upwards scenario.
Almost every quarter these two read some nonsense on the internet and think that this is how I should run the company.
Consistently chipping away at morale, leaving tenured staff just vesting.
Low morale, lots of backstabbing among management and not to mention the overbearing micromanagement by the CTO.
The medical benefits are a joke.
Also the two founders keep this mirage of open communication, but as any old timer will tell you, saying something will put a target on your back and you'll be gone in about one quarter.

Pros: Tons of motivated, talented, and friendly people. A mission-driven, collaborative environment. Top-shelf compensation.
Cons: Seemingly endless changes to executive leadership, sales strategy, and marketing outlook. Lambda lives in an intensely competitive and rapidly-changing market. The half-life of work product is the shortest that I have ever seen. This company wears a lot of good people out in a short period of time. Very bad work-life balance. Management baldly favors cheerleaders and workaholics.
