I applied online. The process took 3 weeks.

Everyone in the process was friendly, clear, open, and responsive at every step. The interviewing starts the same for everyone, and leveling is decided during and after the process. After talking to the recruiter, I had a values interview with an EM, then a take-home full-stack assignment. When it was reviewed, I got invited to discuss it with engineers. Then I had a chat with the CTO. The final interview was with my future manager. Throughout the process, it felt like I was evaluated on the actual experience, skills, and future potential, as opposed to leetcoding and rote memorization.

One question I liked: how I deal with implementations changing rapidly, when yesterday’s great design can become obsolete today.
