Process
Very pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly. No one was tricky with questions. They helped me figure things out. They gave me a quick tour of the company too. It's awesome! Questions were fairly simple. A strong background in Java is expected. Prepare for basic tree traversal, matrix traversal, array problems, etc. Study Java concepts well.

Pros: - 401(k) matching
- Great insurance with no premium
- Unlimited PTO
- The ability to easily work from home
The office is really nice, featuring lots of perks like a gym, a stocked kitchen, and more. People are friendly and the job isn't demanding.
Cons: - Lack of company vision
- Lack of transparency
- Not a great place to advance career
- Dull work
The company really took a hit after the events of last year and has yet to recover. The high turnover and dull work really affected company morale. Coupled with low growth opportunity and limited mobility, it was not a hard decision to leave.

Experienced team members;
Neighborhood and food options;
Saving Americans from debt slavery;
Transforming the banks, although not as originally intended; and
Working at a company that the market has validated and will be around for a while (job security).
Cons: Bloated tech organization;
Ugly product;
Slow to adapt to new trends;
Phony startup vibe (it's clearly a corporation);
Compliance training.
