Good, hardworking people; Experienced team members; Neighborhood and food options; Saving Americans from debt slavery; Transforming the banks, although not as originally intended; and Working at a company that the market has validated and will be around for a while (job security).
Bloated tech organization; Ugly product; Slow to adapt to new trends; Phony startup vibe (it's clearly a corporation); Compliance training.
There are too many people there. It doesn't take that many people to run a peer-to-peer loan website. Stop changing the goals of the company. Focus on one or two things at a time. Hire smarter.
