Most of the interviewers are nice and smart people, and the questions are all good, valid questions. One thing that confused me was two interviewers asked me the same question, and their answers were completely opposite.

Recruiter called and scheduled a phone screen. It was a CoderPad interview. They asked questions about your resume. The phone screen took about an hour. Then you will be called for an onsite interview with the team.
