The rounds are as follows:

1. Meet the hiring manager, discuss your technical background and projects.
2. Technical coding round: LeetCode medium-ish with follow-up questions that tie it into real-world engineering practices and system designs.
3. Final virtual on-site, several interviews revolving around system design, API design, and testing/quality assurance.

There's a heavy emphasis on collaboration and conversing with your interviewers to help clarify the problems and explain your approach. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming!
