Process

The interview process was very fast and smooth.

  1. Technical Recruiter: A very friendly talk. She explained what the company does, what you will be doing, what the expectations are, and some general information about the candidate.
  2. Next day, I got an invitation for a technical interview (coding questions).
  3. Hiring Manager interview.
  4. Panel interviews (Software Design, DDD, and software quality).

Everyone I spoke with were very friendly, interesting, and smart people. Also, again, I was surprised how fast the process was.
