Two telephonic rounds were conducted. The first was a profile-related discussion with the hiring manager. The second was a Codepad coding round.

Following this, a face-to-face interview was scheduled for the next week. The recruiter mentioned there would be five rounds in total. However, only three interviews were conducted, and the remaining time was spent waiting. The recruiter did not provide updates on the progress, resulting in a wasted full day.

I received a call from the recruiter almost two weeks later to schedule another telephonic round, which was completed the following week.

No updates or feedback were received from the recruiter for the next three weeks until I emailed them to inquire.

Overall, I felt a sense of unprofessionalism.
