Pros: My colleagues are very friendly, patient, and technically competent.
I was an intern working at LinkedIn China in the iOS team. The working hours are flexible, and the working environment is like heaven in China's 996 atmosphere.
After a week, I left. The company has a brand new dining hall and a furnished front desk.
The cross-team building is also extraordinary, as long as you stay open.
So, if anyone wants to get a job as an SWE in China, LinkedIn is the go-to place!
Cons: Due to time and location differences, the back-and-forth communication cost between the Sunnyvale office and the China office is large.
