It was extremely well structured.

Pros: - Write code that pushes to production very fast and affects people.
- Get to work on scalable and efficient solutions.
Cons: There is a possibility that you might end up with a team which is not very well organized since they are growing at an exponential rate.
You might not get all the mentorship you can get.
But this was not at all the case for me.

Pros: Compensation: The initial offer for engineers is great compared to similar levels in other companies.
Cons: Compensation: LinkedIn became more stubborn in giving out refreshes. Plan for your next move once you join if you care about TC.
The culture has deteriorated a lot since 2022. WLB became worse, and growth opportunities reduced. The company hasn't figured out ways to break through stagnation.
