I applied a few years back but didn't get in then. I reached out to the same recruiter this time around, and they got the interview process rolling.
All the recruiters I've interacted with at LinkedIn have definitely been a lot friendlier and overall great to work with, compared to other big companies and most smaller companies.
The interview process did take a long time, though (about 1.5 months).
All the interviewers were pretty good in terms of personal skills, in my opinion.
I just studied a lot of data structures, algorithms, and system design (for the onsite), and I was good.
