Technical Manager Interview Experience - Dublin, Ireland
Process
The interview process was quite extended. I had to chase for updates as to whether it was progressing or not.
After I was informed we had reached the end of the process, it still took a number of weeks to get a call to discuss the result.
Disappointing to not be selected, even more so when it was an internal decision to change the role. Surprisingly, though, I would still consider them as a company to work with, as each time I was speaking with them, it was super positive.
