Pros

Free food, free coffee, decent benefits.

Good place to start a career as a new grad.

There are a few great teams and managers, so be careful which team you are joining.

Cons

Medical benefits are not top tier. Middle management is inexperienced. The promotion process is driven by internal politics.

This is a good place to start a career as a new grad; however, it is not so for experienced individual contributors.

Advice to Management
