Good benefits. Work-life balance is okay. Sorry, there aren't any more pros. I wish there were.
PMs are out to lunch and have no idea what they are doing, solutionism at its finest. ICs do a lot of the heavy lifting. Senior management have never once taken any accountability during my time here. I feel I have regressed as an engineer during my time. Engineers are stack-ranked using PR stats. In this day and age of Gen AI, that is especially frustrating.
Treat your employees like adults. Have tough conversations with them instead of throwing them under the bus during annual reviews.
