Good work-life balance compared to other FAANG companies. Pay is competitive. Lots of opportunity and encouragement to learn.
Recently, some benefits have been reduced due to budget cuts across the entire company. Some teams are more stressful to work on now, and RSUs are not always refreshed after vesting completely, resulting in being underpaid.
Historically, this has been a great company to work at, and still is overall compared to other FAANG companies. However, some of the pay and perks have been reduced.
