The company prides itself on the collaborative environment it has created for developers, and rightfully so.
It offers great benefits and fosters a healthy work ethic and environment.
Haven't really found any yet.
I had a full day of interview sessions, and it was a very good experience. The day began with two technical coding questions, each lasting an hour. This was followed by a test and a code analysis question, also for an hour. After a one-hour lunch
Round 1: Skype/phone call and screenshare for a programming task. Round 2: In-person interview. It was an exhaustive 5 hours, including whiteboard programming tasks and repeated explanations to each interviewer, which was boring.
A recruiter contacted me and set up a phone screen. This was a wonderful job by the recruiter, as she explained in detail what to expect and how to prepare. Once the phone screen was cleared, I was called onsite. Again, there was a great deal of help
