Great vision and mission, rich and unique member data.
Not-so-good execution;
Hiring too many employees;
Promotion is not transparent and not fair enough;
Bad products that lead to a bad user experience.
Cut projects that are trivial. Make promotion more transparent. Cut some perks that are not necessary and cost much (like monthly inDays, luxury workspace). Build products that have better user experience.
Two easy/medium problems from LeetCode during the phone screen. Algo/design/behavioral questions during the onsite. My main issue with the interview process is similar to what you may see below here on Glassdoor. I am even going to quote: <quote>I
Initial phone screen followed by a 6-hour onsite interview. Questions were similar to what other Glassdoor reviewers posted. Practice the problems on LeetCode and Glassdoor. Their interviews are terribly long, lasting up to 6 hours without a break.
Horrid interview process. Interviewers would rather listen to themselves speak than to you. All the panelists interrupt you mid-sentence, without exception. There is only one answer for their system design question, and if you don't get to that so
