Good compensation. Can't compete with the highest in tech, but still decent. Perks.
PIP Promo and documentation culture
Poor leadership
I have been interviewed by LinkedIn before, and this time they reached out to me again. It was still the same process: one phone interview, which went well, followed by an on-site interview. The on-site included: * Two coding interviews * One tech
First Telephonic Round: Was cool. The interviewer asked two coding questions directly after the introduction and requested the use of CollabEdit. The coding questions were quite common and can be found on platforms like CareerCup, Glassdoor, or Leet
HR Phone screen where I talked to the recruiter about my background, nothing special. Then followed by Phone Technical Interview. Didn't get to pass this one. I regret not asking for more clarification questions about the second problem.
