LinkedIn has an awesome intern program. I never saw a single thing wrong during the whole internship.
Nothing, or I do not know.
Recruiter screen (20 min): Basic behavioral questions. Virtual Onsite: 40 min with Hiring Manager, 40 min for technical. The Hiring Manager portion was very laid-back and conversational. The technical portion included 1 LeetCode Easy and 1 LeetCode
The process was pretty straightforward. It involved one recruiter phone call and one final technical round with two engineers. The phone call covered my background, experience, why I was interested in SWE, why LinkedIn, and any pending offer deadlin
After the HR call, reserve time for a 45-minute behavioral interview (bq). Ask about the project and normal bq questions. Followed by 1 hour of coding, with a common algorithm question, back to back. About one week later, received an offer.
