Avoid at all costs
- Good cafeteria food
- Some useful perks, i.e., ride-based
- Toxic culture (backstabbing managers and teammates, rampant politics)
- Outdated tech stack + broken products
- Zero or no documentation for products built by former personnel
- Lack of innovation (resting on laurels for being the largest professional networking avenue, but competitors catching up fast)
- Aimless leadership determined to destroy culture
- Talent drain, i.e., lots of good talent (more importantly, good people) left between 2021-2023 (hay gone, left with chaff)
Too late for any advice. As such, who listens?
