I like that the company is understaffed, so the employees here can choose the big projects and make great contributions.
Also, the company values relationships between each other, so you will feel very respected by your peers.
Not everybody is a rock star, and sometimes the best ones have to do a lot.
Fairness is important! Award the best well so that the good ones will stay!
