LinkedIn culture has deteriorated a lot

Pros
  1. Inday (even though now a lot of teams are working during Inday)
  2. Unlimited DTO (even though some orgs do not allow more than even 2-week dayoffs)
  3. $2000/year perk-up (even though it has not increased for several years under so much inflation)
  4. Free breakfast, lunch (even though not as good as old days)
Cons
  1. Heavy cliff after 4 years; some staff engineers' salaries cannot even compare to a senior.
  2. Want to move fast but limited by the poor internal infrastructure.
  3. No new business generation.
  4. A lot of politics.
Advice to Management

To be honest, I don't even know why some people are managers at LinkedIn.
