- Write code that pushes to production very fast and affects people.
- Get to work on scalable and efficient solutions.
There is a possibility that you might end up with a team which is not very well organized since they are growing at an exponential rate. You might not get all the mentorship you can get. But this was not at all the case for me.
Keep up the good work and don't lose focus.
