I was referred by a friend. It took around two weeks for the recruiter to reach out to me. We scheduled the phone screen, and three weeks later, the onsite interview took place. LinkedIn was holding the Invitational and arranged food and events.

2 phone interviews + 6 onsite interviews. This was a pretty standard process. The recruiter contacted me through my LinkedIn profile. I received an offer within a few days as I had competing offers. The offer was the best amongst the ones I had.
