Lots of resources at the company, like Android/iOS classes. The food is good.
The manager has too much power, and some of them are not professional at all. Work-life balance is bad.
The company should give employees more freedom to change teams if it is not a good fit. Currently, it looks like managers have too much power, and feedback to upper management doesn't quite work.
