Good Resume, Messy Code
Compensation and looks good on resume.
- A lot of tech debt.
- May depend on the team, but only a few people are actually good.
- People with high titles, and I can't figure out why.
- Discrepancy in management, not very transparent.
- Coding practices vary, and best practices are not always followed.
- A lot of interns drinking the Kool-Aid and not able to tell the truth.
Get straight to the point and let expectations be known early.
