The initial phone call with the recruiter was to understand your background and for you to understand the company and role.
The next step was a phone screen with the hiring manager – a 45-minute coding session using CoderPad. The interviewer was very nice and helped me work through the problem, although I didn't do a great job at it.
Although I was rejected, they followed up with me and provided feedback explaining why they couldn't proceed further with me. That is a good sign of a great company.
