There was a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. The expected interviewees didn't show up. The interview process started late by an hour. Very unprofessional, I felt very unhappy with the experience. After talking to the team, I came to know they have very few years of technical experience and the experienced people didn't show up. I don't know why they had called me for an in-person if they don't have time. The interview was conducted as if they were in a hurry, checking their watch regularly.
