This is the worst interview that I ever attended. The process itself was not good, and there was no coordination between HR and the teams. I was asked to attend a face-to-face interview at the Lowe's office in Manyata. I agreed and managed to reach Manyata from Marathahalli. Once I arrived, security informed me that HR had left for the day and advised me to contact HR. HRs are very smart; they always call from a landline only (I hope the company isn't paying their mobile bills). I waited for literally one hour to get an alternate contact number. They finally sent two people to assess me. The people who came to assess me didn't even have clarity on what they were assessing; the scenarios were not clear to them, and they were contradicting their own scenarios. Please don't waste people's time, especially in the busiest city during the busiest time.
