A Lowe's recruiter contacted me through Naukri. The whole process took around 2-3 weeks. I took leave from my company and gave my interview on weekdays at Lowe's (Manyata, Bengaluru) in Feb 2020.

The interview process was two face-to-face rounds followed by a technical round with the technical lead. Once I was through with the technical rounds, HR told me that I had cleared all rounds and that they would schedule and let me know about the next rounds based on the manager's availability.

After some days, HR asked me for a Webex call for the Sr. Architect technical round. Once I was done, HR told me that I had cleared and that one last final Sr. Director round would happen through Webex. I took leave from my company to take the director round due to the timing they provided.

The round went well, and I was told that someone from the hiring manager's side would get in touch with me.

After a week, as I got no response from their side, I tried reaching the HR team, but they said they would update me on the status. After that, they were not picking up the call.
