As it was a scheduled interview at 12 pm, when I reached there, they asked for a written test. I finished my written test by 1 pm, and they gave me the result at 4:30 pm. By then, I was fully tired.
When they asked me to "leave for the day," as this is a favorite sentence of many companies, I was shocked because my test went really well. Then, I asked for my written papers. What I saw there was shocking: they didn't check two of my programs, and my last 5-6 questions were absolutely right, but without checking, they just put a cross mark.
When I interfered, the HR told me that, as you know, it was already late, and office time was about to end. She assured me that she would get it checked again by the senior technical team and would revert by Tuesday. But as I knew, no call or email I received till date.
Wasting a full day and resources, I got nothing, and it was really shocking. On that day, I came across this: many companies just don't care and check their written papers blindly. Sorry to say, the company was good, but the service they provided during the recruitment process was the worst.
As I already said, it was a scheduled interview, then also they took a written test, and then all I said.
