Pros: - Very supportive and knowledgeable team
- Frequent team lunch and events for team bonding
- People here are really chilled, very friendly, and approachable
- Exposure to E2E feature, unlike service based companies
- Abundant opportunities to work on Kafka. AI is also coming into picture and can already see trainings happening for seniors.
- Cafeteria with lots of meal options which too is taken care of by Lowe's daily wallet only.
- Good company to maintain work life balance.
Cons: - The tech stack may improve a bit. It is good that AI too is coming over to Lowe's in recent times.
- At times, there may be late night collaborations or weekend production support or defect fixes. But it is not very regular, so it becomes quite obvious to manage.
