Python Django Interview: Irrelevant and bogus interview.

One of the worst interviews ever faced. I was interviewed by a tester who has barely used Python and Django. He googled and asked useless questions, and kept boasting throughout the interview as if he was the only one who was right.

The other interviewer was even less experienced and had barely worked on Django, as he is a Java dev. I don't want to address those guys because, after the interview, I found them on LinkedIn.

The tester was arrogant and recorded the assessment demo which I had submitted and gave. They made me code in a framework in a live interview, still, they rejected me.

Surprising thing is, I was told in the interview that they did not like the approach, but I was selected on that code submission only.

Irrelevant and bogus question. The interviewer was a tester interviewing a Senior Developer, and no single question was asked about Python, though the position was for a Python Django Dev.
