Front End Supervisor
Two thirty to forty-five minute interviews. Basic "star" question format. The first interview was with an assistant store manager, then the second interview was with the store manager. They both asked similar scenario questions.
Front End Supervisor
It was pretty informal with two managers. The setting was not very private, and there were several interruptions. They used situational-based interview questions, looking for specific answers. Both managers were dressed pretty casually.
