I’ve had a positive experience working here. My teammates are genuinely friendly, and my managers are approachable and supportive. One thing I really appreciate is the flexibility—it’s easy to take time off without having to provide extensive explanations, and leadership is understanding when you’re sick or need to work remotely. The work-life balance is good overall, and the office environment is modern and comfortable.

There are a few areas where I think the company could improve. I would like to see leadership place more value on employee feedback and suggestions, as I don’t always feel that my observations are taken into consideration.

At times, I also feel underutilized and would welcome more challenging projects and greater responsibilities.

Finally, the paid holiday offering is limited, with only two company-paid holidays, which feels less competitive compared to many other employers.
