Hostile environment makes stability hard to recommend
Relatively stable and offering good benefits. The business area is more employee friendly than IT.
Lately, Lowe's IT has created an extremely hostile environment, in my view, to get people to leave. I would not advise any technical professional to hire on at this time.
Constantly moving departments around is entirely detrimental to morale and productivity. Reliance on AI will prove to be problematic.
