Process
The interview process was almost a two-month process with over nine one-to-one technical sessions.
After the last session, there was absolutely no correspondence, which showed a lack of professionalism.
Too many follow-ups were needed at each step, which was too draining and really showed the organization's need to set its priorities straight on hiring experienced talent.
A total waste of time for both the applicant and all the interviewers.
