Very weird second-round interview.
No cameras were on during the Zoom call.
Employees joined mid-call and asked a ton of technical questions.
I could barely understand the interviewer because of their accent, but they were nice.

Pros: If you want to work with sharp minds in a close-knit, multi-disciplinary engineering environment, this is the place. Building a high-performance pure electric car from the ground up is a rare and extremely challenging opportunity. The mixture of proven veterans with top young engineering talent is an unbeatable combination. The passion for the product is real and contagious.
Cons: Startups are always a roller coaster ride, and the pursuit of building the best possible car can be stressful. The fast-paced environment inevitably produces some degree of turnover.
